Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the CDEX platform, you ("User") acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this platform.
1. Non-Custodial Nature of Platform: CDEX is a decentralized, non-custodial platform that facilitates interaction with non-custodial wallets and decentralized exchanges. User retains control over their private keys and digital assets. CDEX does not store, hold, or have access to User's private keys, recovery phrases, or digital assets.
2. Disclaimer of Warranties and Investment Advice: All information provided on CDEX, including but not limited to, token data, market data, and transaction data, is sourced from third parties and presented for informational purposes only. CDEX makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of this information. Such information does not constitute financial, investment, trading, or any other form of advice. User shall conduct independent research and consult with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.
3. Assumption of Risk: User acknowledges that engaging in cryptocurrency transactions involves substantial risk, including, without limitation, market volatility, potential for fraud, regulatory uncertainty, technological vulnerabilities, and the possibility of complete loss of funds. User shall assume all risks associated with using the CDEX platform and engaging in cryptocurrency transactions.
4. User Responsibility for Security: User is solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their CDEX account credentials, non-custodial wallet, private keys, and recovery phrases. CDEX shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from User's failure to adequately secure their account or wallet credentials.
5. User-Generated Content: CDEX may permit users to post content or engage in discussions. CDEX disclaims all responsibility for such user-generated content. Users are solely responsible for their communications and shall comply with the platform's community guidelines. CDEX reserves the right to remove any content that, in its sole discretion, violates its terms of service or community guidelines.
6. Referral Program: The CDEX Referral Program is subject to modification or termination at CDEX's sole discretion, without prior notice. CDEX reserves all rights to amend the program's terms and conditions, including referral rates and reward structures. CDEX disclaims liability for any disputes related to the Referral Program.
7. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CDEX expressly disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the CDEX platform, the information contained herein, or any transactions conducted on or through the platform. This limitation of liability includes, but is not limited to, losses resulting from: (a) unauthorized access to User's account or wallet; (b) loss or compromise of User's private keys or recovery phrase; (c) errors in transaction details; (d) scams, fraudulent activities, or actions of third parties; (e) market volatility or price fluctuations; and (f) use of third-party services or content.
8. Modification of Terms: CDEX reserves the right to amend or modify this Disclaimer at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such modifications constitutes User's acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.
